Lonchaea mamaevi Kovalev, 1973

This species is close to L.nitens Bigot and L. albigena Collin. It differs from L. nitens in the presence of hairs in the notopleural depression in their absence behind the sternopleural bristle and in the dark tarsi. L. albigena is larger (4-5 mm with silvery grey shiny genae. Both species differ markedly from L. mamaevi in the structure of the hvpopygium.
